  • A bachelor's degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program

  • A current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation

  • A certification in nephrology nursing from the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA) or the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC)

  • At least two years of experience in renal nursing or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
