Job Description
The Relationship Officers will play a key role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. They will manage client accounts, assess financial needs, promote financial products, analyze creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and contribute to the company’s success.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery.
Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals.
Stay updated on financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and insurance.
Promote financial products through marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
Collaborate with credit analysts, loan officers, and other internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or sales.
Experience in relationship management, business development, or financial services.
Industry knowledge of financial products and services.
Leadership experience in managing client portfolios is an added advantage.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and marketing expertise.
Basic financial analysis skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
