Job Description
The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers by offering banking solutions, including liabilities, assets, acquisitions, cash management, credit cards, and retail products. The role also includes analyzing customer needs, identifying cross-selling opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with branch managers to address key banking issues and drive business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
Drive growth in Current Account Savings Account (CASA), Fixed Deposits (FD), and asset books for existing clients.
Achieve fee income targets through existing client portfolios.
Acquire new customers and promote liability and asset products to meet sales targets.
Provide personalized banking services, including account reviews and financial guidance.
Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
Maintain a database for sales and customer queries to support branch performance analysis.
Collaborate with branch managers to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
Utilize client referrals to open new accounts and expand the customer base.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Exim Bank products and services.
Prepare and present position reports to the Branch Manager.
