Job Description
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for delivering revenue growth in their assigned region and vertical. Reporting to the VP of Sales, North America, the candidate will spearhead the implementation of a structured sales strategy to land and expand enterprise-level clients. Responsibilities include pipeline development, sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring customer success. This role offers the opportunity to lead with autonomy while directly impacting the company’s mission to bring technological equity to Deskless Workers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Own and drive sales performance in the assigned territory
Execute against sales quotas and report activities using Zinier’s CRM
Generate accurate quarterly forecasts and maintain healthy pipeline
Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their IT roadmaps
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer and organizational success
Participate in regular cadence meetings, reporting, and strategy sessions
Continuously identify areas for sales process improvement
Advocate for customer success and provide input into product development
Uphold company values including honesty, humility, and hustle

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise software sales
Experience in Field Service / Workforce Management / Asset Management industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to explain complex tech to varied audiences
Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
High emotional intelligence and a passion for teamwork
Intellectually curious and self-driven
