Ensure recovery of all NPLs and written off loans in line with the budget.
Handle customer complaints with delight and efficiency
Meet and exceed targets- motivated self-starter operating with minimal supervision.
Have good judgment and decision making ability- as well as TEAM PLAYER.
Be corrupt /fraud free and of good conduct
Have a positive attitude towards LUl work and mission and believe in provision of financial services in alleviation of poverty.
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Be organized, detail - oriented and willingness to learn and develop.
