Job Description
As a Recruiter at Coalition Technologies, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. You will draft job postings, review applications, schedule and conduct interviews, administer skill assessments, and support employee onboarding and training. This position also includes supporting personnel development initiatives and maintaining recruitment databases. Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for human resources, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment. While international recruitment experience is a plus, it's not a requirement—what matters most is dedication and excellence in recruiting practices.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Draft and publish job advertisements
Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
Schedule interviews and administer skills tests
Conduct Zoom-based interviews
Maintain and update recruitment databases
Conduct employee exit interviews
Assist with employee relations and development
Support the planning of employee training sessions
Coordinate and execute virtual company events
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and operations
Collaborate with and support other recruitment team members

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Previous recruitment experience (international experience is a plus)
Passion for talent acquisition and HR functions
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Fluent in written and spoken English
Reliable computer and internet connection
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong desire to contribute to a startup-style company environment
