Job Description
Job Title: Records Assistant/Accountant (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Uganda Muslim Medical Bureau (UMMB)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical, financial, and administrative records.
Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
Generate periodic financial and records management reports.
Ensure compliance with financial and record-keeping policies and procedures.
Support the management team with data organization and retrieval.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma in Accounting, Records Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
