Collecting, Receiving, labeling and Analyzing samples

Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings

Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of samples using refined scientific methods

Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions

Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, components, and finished products or services to identify quality issues, defects, or non-conformities.

Review specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to understand quality requirements, tolerances, and acceptance criteria for raw material and finished product

Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision tools, equipment, and instruments to verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality.

Monitor adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and regulatory requirements throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with ISO, FDA, or industry-specific quality standards.

Conduct supplier quality assessments and inspections, evaluating supplier performance, capabilities, and adherence to quality standards, and communicating feedback to suppliers.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices, participating in training programs, seminars, and professional development activities.
