Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer (Several Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Mavid Pharmaceuticals
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor all stages of manufacturing to ensure compliance with regulatory and company quality standards.
Review batch records, validation protocols, and SOPs.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
Handle deviation reports, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and change control documentation.
Provide training to staff on quality procedures and standards.
Ensure timely reporting and resolution of product quality issues.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a Diploma in Pharmacy.
In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical quality assurance principles.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
