Capturing and communicating important moments though production of periodic newsletters, reports, bulletins etc.

Updating organization's social media handles.

Supporting Organization of program functions which involve national and international stakeholders e.g. symposia, meetings etc.

Participate in program review meetings to identify important success stories for communication to stakeholders.

Participate in designing and reviewing branding tools for the organization and manage archival of approved branding tools.

Propose organization's visibility opportunities to management.

Monitor corporate image frequently and advise management accordingly.

Supporting planning and organizing of PR events, community programs and initiatives.

Coordinate media relations in liaison with management.

Supporting execution of organization's corporate social responsibility.

Any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor in respect to the role.
