Job Description
He/She will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the public areas within the hotel. This role ensures that guests experience a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter the hotel premises
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team assigned to public area cleaning and maintenance. 2. Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, lounges, restrooms, and more.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs, event setups, and any special requirements related to public areas.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, promptly addressing issues to maintain a pristine appearance

Qualifications and Competencies
Skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Diploma or its equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus
Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience as a Public Area Supervisor or Public Area Attendant
