Job Description
As a Property Acquisition Manager, you will play a central role in growing the company’s real estate portfolio by sourcing profitable investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market research, identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions, negotiating terms, and overseeing the due diligence and acquisition process. You will work closely with internal legal and finance teams, as well as external stakeholders, including brokers, developers, and property owners, to ensure smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage the end-to-end acquisition process effectively.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify viable property investment opportunities.
Source potential properties through networking, agents, and direct outreach.
Evaluate the financial viability of properties, assessing costs, revenue potential, and return on investment (ROI).
Negotiate acquisition terms with property owners and stakeholders.
Oversee the due diligence process, including inspections, legal checks, and financial assessments.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract preparation, compliance, and closing.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure acquired properties align with the company’s strategic goals.
Contribute to optimizing the performance of the property portfolio.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or property management.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and ROI evaluation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple property acquisition projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
