The Pearl dairy Farmers Community (PDFC) is an initiative by the (PDFL) Pearl Dairy Farms Limited (a leading Dairy manufacturing company based in Mbarara, Uganda) and IFC (International Finance Corporation). Since PDFLs’ inception in 2013, the company has been procuring its raw material, milk, from farmers and cooperatives around the manufacturing facility in Mbarara. Before its operations, the wastage of milk in the region was over 50% of the produce and due to its proximity to the farming community, the company has been instrumental in reducing the wastage of milk.

Project Planning and Execution:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication:Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Motivate team members to achieve project objectives and overcome challenges.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
