Job Description
To coordinate all programs and projects within the MTN Foundation that seek to drive active brand application and strategic stakeholder partnership and ensure that the Foundation activities are leveraged to validate MTN Uganda’s commitment to being a responsible Corporate citizen.

Reports to: Manager - MTN Foundation

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Main Job Functions:
Coordinate the MTN Foundation and sustainability business plan and budgets for all the portfolio programmes.
Facilitate the implementation of all projects from concept to final reporting on all the projects.
Coordinate the implementation of MTN Foundation and sustainability activities and projects and develop periodic reports thereof.
Manage the documentation and archiving of all MTN Foundation and sustainability material for the company through a centralised data base.
Ensure publicity of MTN Uganda Foundation and Sustainability activities as per the approved strategy.
Provide project administrative support across the varied and deadline driven Foundation and sustainability environment.
Stay abreast of the business changing needs and adopt a proactive approach to address them and ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
Identify trends and patterns pertaining to customer requests and needs to continually improve all aspects of service delivery.
Follow up and track implementation and compliance of Projects to the Foundation and Sustainability policies and procedures.
Identify and assist in the management of all the risks identified as material to the reputation of the MTN Foundation programmes and the company.
Coordinate the flow of information material to the delivery on the projects.
Coordinate all the relationships with the suppliers, beneficiaries and staff in delivering on the deliverables of Foundation and sustainability projects.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education
Bachelor in Social Sciences, Economics, project management, Finance or related field.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Relevant sector, industry, or area of specialisation experience (project management, finance).
Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
Experience working in a medium to large organization would be advantageous.
Attributes and Skills Necessary Skills:
Previous experience working with or in NGO environments is desirable
Executes tactical plans to achieve strategic requirements
Has the mental agility to identify and solve relevant business challenges
Executes and identifies opportunities for commercial innovation and continuous improvement
Role models ethical practices by living the MTN values and vital behaviours for others to follow
