interlocutors for beneficiaries to succeed in living humanity and dignity lifestyle by meeting

  • Track record of developing regional and country programme strategies.

  • Developing project/programme proposals for raising resources from institutional donors.

  • Developing norms and standards for programme effectiveness.

  • Programme monitoring, evaluation, impact assessments

  • Programme audit, quality asurance.

Qualification

  • Master's degree and professional qualification in a relevant subject (development studies, social sciences, international studies), preferably with significant reference to the WASH sector.

  • Fluent spoken, read and written English.

  • Strong commitment to human development and poverty reduction and inclusive development.

  • Minimum 5 (five) years' experience of working at a senior management level in international development sector.

Skills

  • Strong leadership skills especially in leading and empowering teams and effectively working as a member of a team.

  • Able to support and challenge colleagues.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Commitment to inclusive approaches and rights of poor, marginalized and excluded people.

  • Ability to innovate, learn and adabt.

  • Strong team player.
