Qualification
Master's degree and professional qualification in a relevant subject (development studies, social sciences, international studies), preferably with significant reference to the WASH sector.
Fluent spoken, read and written English.
Strong commitment to human development and poverty reduction and inclusive development.
Minimum 5 (five) years' experience of working at a senior management level in international development sector.
Skills
Strong leadership skills especially in leading and empowering teams and effectively working as a member of a team.
Able to support and challenge colleagues.
Strong communication and influencing skills
Commitment to inclusive approaches and rights of poor, marginalized and excluded people.
Ability to innovate, learn and adabt.
