We're Seeking a Driven Sales Representative in Kampala!
Our client, a leading real estate company in Kampala, is looking for a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join the growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in the company success by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers or leads within a designated market or territory. Use various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. Conduct product demonstrations or trials to showcase their functionality and effectiveness.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of customers through active listening and questioning techniques. Tailor solutions to address customer pain points and provide value-added recommendations.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales agreements. Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the closing of deals.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Gather insights to adjust sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Sales Administration: Manage administrative tasks related to sales, such as updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and benefits. Understand the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position products or services against competitors.

  • Customer Support and Service: Provide ongoing support to customers after the sale, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating product training or onboarding.

  • Goal Setting and Performance Measurement: Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with organizational goals. Track sales performance against targets and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of efforts.

  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on sales techniques, industry best practices, and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-study.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving goals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive personality

  • A deep understanding of the Kampala real estate market

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system (a plus)
