Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking highly skilled and passionate Professional Chefs and Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Professional Chef or Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
Monitor and maintain food inventory levels
Assist with food preparation and plating during busy periods
Ensure timely and efficient execution of order

Culinary degree or relevant certification in cooking or a related field
Proven experience as a Professional Chef or Cook, preferably in a similar environment
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary principles
Creativity and ability to develop new recipes and menu items
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Effective communication and organizational skill
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
