Job Title: Products and Systems Specialist

Reports to: Head of Technical and Operations
The Products and Systems Specialist at SurePay Limited will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing innovative financial products and systems that meet client needs and align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, efficient operations, and high-quality user experiences for all products and systems.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Product Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and design new financial products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Define product requirements and specifications in alignment with business goals.
System Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.
Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
Project Management:
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system integrations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines and risk assessments.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all products and systems comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Training and Support:
Provide training to internal teams and end-users on product functionalities and system operations.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for products and systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from users to enhance product and system performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial systems, digital payment platforms, and related technologies.
Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like [Insert Tools, e.g., Jira, Trello].
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial products and systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
