Conduct regular inspections to ensure recycled PET meets required quality specifications.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.

Report on the performance of the systems and suggest on the opportunity for improvement.

Supervise, train, and motivate production teams for maximum performance.

Conduct on-the-job training for new employees on proper machine operation and safety protocols.

Promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate production logs and records of machine performance.

Analyse production data to track performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and operational challenges for management review.

Ensure working environment always maintained clean to avoid contamination of product

Enforce workplace safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.

Implement proper handling and disposal of waste materials per environmental standards.

Conduct routine safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

Perform any other duties which may be required by management.
