Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
Define and Prioritize Product Backlog: You need to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into user stories or features. Then, you prioritize these items based on business value, user impact, and other relevant factors.
Communicate Product Vision: Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team. Clearly communicate the product vision, goals, and requirements to all parties involved, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Make Decisions: You're empowered to make decisions about the product, including feature prioritization, scope changes, and trade-offs. Your decisions should be guided by the product vision and strategic goals.
Continuous Feedback Loop: Regularly gather feedback from stakeholders, customers, and the development team. Use this feedback to refine the product backlog and make necessary adjustments to the product roadmap.
Support Development Team: Be available to the development team to clarify requirements, provide insights, and remove any obstacles that may hinder their progress. Act as their advocate to ensure they have what they need to succeed.
Release Planning and Coordination: Work with the team to plan and coordinate releases, ensuring that each release delivers value to the users and aligns with the overall product strategy.
Measure and Analyze: Define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Adapt and Iterate: Agile methodologies emphasize adaptability and continuous improvement. Be prepared to iterate on the product backlog based on changing market conditions, feedback, and new insights.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the fintech industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful fintech/Wallet projects and solutions.
Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to senior management on fintech-related initiatives, opportunities, and risks.
Understand regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fintech/Wallet and ensure that all solutions adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader on fintech topics, both internally and externally, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and 3PPs for requirement analysis, requirement gathering, conduct workshops.
Lead end to end Solution discussion, design and implementations and integration skill.
Understanding of AI/ML, AML, Fraud, security aspect, ISO standard related to Fintech
Technical skills - UNIX, Solaris, DIAMETER, SMPP, HTTP, Oracle, Veritas Volume Manager, XML API’s, Clustering, MySQL, Python, IP-Networking knowledge, Rest/SOAP APIs
Tools knowledge like MS Project or MS Visio
