Job Description
The selected candidate will operate within the Operations & Country Engagement Solutions (ITSOE) department and serve as the link between business stakeholders and the technology team. The role requires understanding user needs, translating them into product requirements, managing the product backlog, and overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to release. The Product Owner will work in agile environments, define KPIs, incorporate user feedback, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
The role emphasizes collaborative development with strategists, designers, architects, and developers to deliver digital tools and services that are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with institutional goals. It also includes managing stakeholder expectations, driving innovation, and ensuring value delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
Define the product vision and roadmap, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
Lead product design and development in collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress using data-driven insights and KPIs.
Communicate status updates, risks, and changes in product scope.
Lead agile ceremonies such as sprints and scrum meetings.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage product updates/releases.
Integrate user feedback and industry trends into product development.
Collaborate with change management teams to assess end-user impacts.
Drive innovation by staying up to date with technology trends and industry standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with at least 5 years of product management experience, ORBachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 4 years in developing and executing product strategies across the full product lifecycle.
Minimum 3 years in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated experience launching technology products in large-scale environments.
Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using analytics to measure client satisfaction, product performance, and team velocity.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
Excellent writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Passion for innovation, adaptability, and strong accountability.
