Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for setting priorities for the product roadmap based on customer feedback and data insights. They will work closely with software engineers to transform requirements into wireframes, prototypes, specifications, and user stories. The role also involves conducting market research, managing the product delivery lifecycle, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. Collaboration with various business stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies is a key part of the position.

Own and manage the product roadmap, setting priorities based on data and customer feedback.
Be the voice of customers and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Collaborate with software engineers to develop product features into tangible wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
Conduct market and customer research to propose new features or releases.
Manage the complete product delivery cycle, including go-to-market strategies and rollout.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose technological solutions.
Ensure the successful launch and adoption of new product features across internal teams and customers.
Use Agile methodologies like Scrum for product development.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Qualification:
BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Experience:
3+ years of product management experience, preferably within FinTech or financial services.
Proven experience managing successful product lifecycles.
Experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience developing product and marketing strategies and presenting them to leadership.
Proficiency in UX design for mobile and/or mobile-web platforms.
Strong analytical skills, especially in data interpretation.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like Scrum.
