Reliefline Uganda Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, services, and works, in compliance with organizational policies and donor regulations.
he/she is responsible for responding to quotation requests,
identifying suppliers,
negotiating payment terms and coordinating with logistics teams for all purchases
providing accountability to accounts team at all times.

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a humanitarian or development organization
Professional certification in procurement (CIPS, CPP, etc.)
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
