The Procurement Manager shall over see all the procurement activities of White Nile Consults- A Waste Management Company. The Job incumbent shall ensure that the highest quality goods and services are procured with the lowest cost achievable. The Procurement Manager will be in charge of the entire procurement cycle from identifying the need, aligning the budgets, sourcing, handling paperwork and ensuring that machines, materials and inputs procured meet the standards and they offer great value for money

Source for the best quality machines, materials, inputs etc at the most affordable prices
Identify potential suppliers based on company requirements and act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
Prequalify suppliers and maintain an UpTo Date list of suppliers
Work closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable
Analyze procurement data, conducting spend analysis, and preparing reports.
Forecast to predict future demand for goods, services, and purchase requisitions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
