Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing procurement policies: Ensure MJAP's procurement guidelines are followed, in line with national law.
Supporting technical specifications: Provide assistance to departments in developing detailed purchase requests.
Managing procurement cycles: Oversee the consolidation of annual procurement plans and maintain an updated procurement tracker.
Preparing tender documents: Manage the preparation of bidding documents, inviting bidders, and handling bid evaluations.
Contract management: Assist in negotiations and manage the documentation for contracts.
Vendor management: Maintain records and ensure vendors are paid on time.

Qualifications and Competencies
familiarity with procurement processes, attention to detail, and an understanding of national procurement laws are essential. Experience with procurement in nonprofit or government sectors and adherence to compliance standards is likely beneficial
