Job Description
The Process Engineer will lead the technical development and documentation of standardized, scalable processes across Ramco’s departments. Responsibilities include conducting process analysis, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement workflow improvements, and ensuring integration with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. The engineer will utilize data-driven methods for root cause analysis and performance monitoring, and play a key role in training, change management, and process sustainability. This position supports Ramco's vision for continuous improvement and operational excellence through detailed process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and system alignment.

Design and implement cross-functional processes that integrate activities across departments
Develop process flow diagrams, SOPs, and ownership matrices
Conduct analysis to identify inefficiencies and process gaps
Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign workflows and improve turnaround times
Monitor process KPIs and recommend enhancements
Align processes with business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) for automation and efficiency
Lead training sessions, workshops, and process rollout activities
Support change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes
Promote standardization and establish governance mechanisms for ongoing review
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience:
At least 2 years in process engineering, operations improvement, or similar roles
Proven experience in cross-functional process development
Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or workflow tools
Core Competencies & Skills:
Expertise in process development and continuous improvement
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
Analytical skills using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Minitab
Excellent project and change management skills
Clear communication and documentation abilities
Systems thinking with a strong attention to detail
