Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing commercial activities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to promote business growth, increase revenue, and achieve commercial objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, assess competitive landscape, and understand customer needs and preferences.
Business Development: Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients, partners, or customers. Identify potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships.
Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics. Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenditures related to commercial activities. Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue generation.
