  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.

  • Maintaining an accurate record of sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.

  • Screening and enrolling qualifying phone customers.

  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encouraging purchases.

  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting customers.

  • Analyzing competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Limited.

  • Following up on clients that fail to pay in time as instructed by DC Manager.
