Job Description
The People Advisor (PA) plays a critical role in delivering outstanding HR support services across IOG. This individual works closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) to manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, and people analytics. The PA acts as a liaison between HR and shared services, offers administrative support, and contributes to various team projects and process improvements. The position also involves promoting HR tools such as Lattice, coordinating recognition and reward systems, and driving team engagement activities.

Manage and deliver an engaging onboarding process for global new hires
Conduct exit interviews and contribute to turnover data analysis
Support line managers with performance management and OKR setting
Coordinate performance reviews and drive adoption of Lattice
Support role and salary review cycles
Prepare reports and analyze people data for PBPs
Assist in employee relations by providing documentation and participating in meetings
Respond to HR service desk queries and provide administrative support
Organize People Team events and team-building activities
Maintain knowledge of employment law and ensure data confidentiality
Support PBPs with learning and development initiatives
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in HR, preferably in remote or startup environments
Knowledge of global HR practices, policies, and employment laws
Experience with ADP, Lattice, Asana or JIRA
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working across global regions such as US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Netherlands is highly desirable
