Job Description
With the rapid growth of BURN comes increasing complexity in its operations. The Operations Excellence Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating and refining processes, challenging assumptions, and implementing impactful changes. The successful candidate will be involved in both high-level strategic planning and detailed process analysis, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence real-world outcomes by translating data insights into operational improvements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of the interdependencies affecting key carbon and commercial performance metrics
Spend time in the field observing how customers and sales agents interact with BURN’s products and services
Evaluate process and system outputs to identify inefficiencies and underperformance
Conduct thorough investigations to pinpoint the root causes of operational issues
Analyze challenges using a multi-dimensional approach, questioning assumptions and validating data
Communicate findings clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization
Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations and collaborate across departments to implement changes

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Analysis, Engineering, Operations)
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, process optimization, or operations management
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
