Job Description
Reports To: Manager Sales Analysis and Reporting
Division: Finance
Ensure adherence to supplier and customer contracts/agreements.
Analyze business impact and recommend corrective actions.
Communicate observations, business impact, and action plans to the Manager, Sales Analysis & Reporting.
Liaise with sourcing teams to ensure supplier compliance with MTN terms and conditions.
Monitor corrective action plans and report progress.
Ensure adherence to Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) SLAs, policies, and statutory regulations.
Perform quality assurance on GSSC-related processes, including compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations, imports, taxes, and foreign exchange documentation.
Identify sensitive issues, escalate them appropriately, and ensure adherence to the supplier code of ethics and whistleblower policies.
Prepare periodic reports on GSSC compliance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with supplier and customer contracts/agreements.
Monitor adherence to GSSC SLAs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with MTN terms and conditions.
Escalate sensitive issues to the appropriate levels.
Prepare detailed compliance reports and track corrective action plans.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
First degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
Fluent in English.
Experience:
3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a medium-sized organization.
Good knowledge of Oracle applications.
Competencies:
Strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in quality assurance and compliance processes.
