Job Description
This fixed-term position involves overseeing the administrative processes for Special Schemes and general SWL loan products from initiation to disbursement. The role requires interacting with employers and pension funds for loan verifications, resolving loan application issues, and ensuring accurate and timely loan processing. Additionally, the Officer will support branches in managing loan dashboards, monitor disbursement trends, generate leads, and enhance customer satisfaction through cross-selling and issue resolution.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote awareness of the bank’s products and services
Initiate and support the credit application process for executive, personal, and other loans
Conduct employer and pension fund visits for loan verification and approvals
Follow up on rejected or exceptional loan cases during verification
Ensure timely processing of loans at the head office level
Share daily pending loan application lists with branches and provide follow-up support
Monitor disbursement trends across all departmental credit lines
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan reports for management review
Build and maintain relationships with employers and pension funds
Generate leads for account openings and other banking products
Provide support to branches and customers in resolving loan-related issues
Cross-sell products within the Personal Banking portfolio

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in relationship or product management, preferably in sales, loan processing, or schemes management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Vision)
Strong communication and listening skills
Confidence and presentation skills
Knowledge of financial products and banking markets
Ability to explain complex information clearly
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
