Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing original content and implementing creative digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and increase customer engagement. The Office Manager will also maintain inventory, ensure proper documentation, manage stock rotation, and supervise store staff. The position calls for an individual who is tech-savvy, proactive, and physically fit, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research audience preferences and monitor current trends.
Create engaging content including text, images, and videos for digital platforms.
Design social media posts to create buzz around new products.
Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
Manage online conversations and respond to customer inquiries.
Report online reviews and customer feedback.
Develop and execute optimal posting schedules.
Manage the layout of social media pages.
Suggest promotions and online competitions to attract customers.
Maintain minimum stock levels and reorder when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store.
Supervise store layout and manage staff.
Receive and shelf supplies appropriately.
Perform labeling, pricing, packing, and returns.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
Report damaged goods for reimbursement.
Rotate and dispose of expired or surplus stock.
Coordinate freight and equipment movement.
Keep organized allocation of warehouse inventory.
Reconcile monthly inventory reports.
Generate timely Material Received Reports (MRRs).
Follow FIFO method in goods storage.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience as a social media coordinator.
Expertise in various social media platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Creative content development skills (text, image, video).
Familiarity with digital marketing channels.
Ability to anticipate trends in digital technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and analyze data.
Proficiency in inventory and stock management.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Physical stamina for lifting and handling inventory.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Willingness to adapt and perform beyond job description.
