Job Description
The Office Clerk’s duties include maintaining accurate files and records, updating databases, sorting and distributing incoming mail, managing office supplies, and supporting the customer service and accounts departments with day-to-day clerical tasks. The Office Clerk is expected to demonstrate high levels of organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, professionalism, and initiative in handling sensitive information and tasks.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain proper filing systems for documentation and correspondence.
Assist in data entry tasks and updating company records.
Support front office and customer service operations.
Manage inventory of office supplies and re-order as needed.
Assist in preparation and distribution of communications.
Photocopy, scan, and file documents.
Perform errands related to document submissions and collections.
Support staff in administrative functions as required.
