Job Description
The Office Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, and organized working environment, office equipment and facilities, and a smooth flow of office documents and files.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Cleaning offices.
Serving teas and beverages in offices.
Organizing meetings and workshops.
Maintaining office equipment and hardware.
Moving of files from and to action officers.
Scanning and photocopying documents as requested by officers.
Undertake any other assignments as may be directed from time to time.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year of relevant working experience
SLILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Time Management skills
Interpersonal skills.
Communication skills.
High level of integrity
