Job Description
As a Nursing Content Creator at Osmosis, you’ll join a collaborative team to develop educational videos, assessment questions, and supporting materials for nursing students and professionals. You will use your expertise to research healthcare topics, write and edit content in a clear and accessible tone, and participate in projects aligned with team priorities. The role involves working closely with a team of editors, illustrators, and other creatives to ensure the highest standard of educational content.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research healthcare-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
Update, write, and edit scripts for educational videos and assessments
Collaborate regularly with editors, managers, and creatives via meetings or digital communication platforms
Deliver content on a consistent schedule
Participate in additional team projects as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Active, unencumbered Registered Nursing (RN) license in any state or province
Advanced degree in nursing or education (e.g., MSN, DNP, EdD, PhD)
Teaching experience with pre-licensure nursing students, nurse practitioner students, or licensed practical nursing students
Strong writing or content creation skills (experience writing textbooks or journal articles not required)
Comfortable with remote collaboration and technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
Excellent communication, proactivity, and a growth-oriented mindset
