Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Supervision and Contract governance of TowerCo & Other passive partners.
Preventive, predictive & Corrective maintenance of Passive Assets.
Review of Passive Outages and closures for RNA improvement.
Management of RNA improvement initiatives.
Tower Co & MS passive Bill reconciliations and reporting.
Implementation and tracking of WOW Initiatives.
Fuel & grid management and reporting.
Passive assets and Inventory management.
OPEX and Passive CAPEX management.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Passive projects planning and mobilization.
Passive projects tracking, monitoring, supervision, implementation, and closure.
Passive projects Quality assurance.
Passive RFI – ready for integration management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering Telecommunications, Electrical or related field.
Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years’ work experience.
Exhibits good level of creativity and resourcefulness.
Can guide and transfer knowledge .
Analytical and Presentation skills.
Negotiation skills.
Leadership Skills.
