Job Description
Job Title: National Sales Coordinator
Organisation: EBC
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Salary: UGX 9,000,000/=
An experienced and strategic National Sales Coordinator to lead their sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with dealers, media, and communities, as well as developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for joint market visit with sales teams on market visits to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
Identify and address dealer concerns, providing timely solutions.
Responsible for PR management with media, communities, and other stakeholders.
Representing the brand in TV, media, and other public engagements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
Additional Requirements
Proven track record of driving business growth, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with dealers, media, and communities.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working in the manufacturing sector is a plus
