Job Description

Job Title:   National Sales Coordinator

Organisation: EBC

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

Salary: UGX 9,000,000/=


An experienced and strategic National Sales Coordinator to lead their sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with dealers, media, and communities, as well as developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for joint market visit with sales teams on market visits to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.

  • Identify and address dealer concerns, providing timely solutions.

  • Responsible for PR management with media, communities, and other stakeholders.

  • Representing the brand in TV, media, and other public engagements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.


Additional Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with dealers, media, and communities.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Working in the manufacturing sector is a plus
