Job Title: Machine Operator (Multiple Positions)

Department: Production / Operations
Reports To: Production Supervisor
We are looking for motivated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team at DASEN EP & Recycling Technology Co. Ltd in Kakerenge, Wakiso. The role involves operating recycling machinery safely and efficiently to ensure smooth production processes and product quality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Operate various recycling and processing machines in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Load materials into machines and oversee proper output.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions to maintenance staff.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
Complete production reports and logs as required.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to understand machine instructions and technical procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
Team player with good communication skills.
