The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is responsible for designing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation activities of Droha Uganda's projects.
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is responsible for designing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation activities of Droha Uganda's projects.
He/she will also assist the Project Manager in preparing quarterly/annual reports on project progress and will monitor the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the project and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities.

Qualification
Bachelor degree or above preferably in statistics / Development Studies / Economics / Public Health / Any other relevant social science discipline. Possession of a Post graduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation would highly be recommended.
Minimum of 3 (three) years demonstrated experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation with reputed organizations, preferably with INGOS, donor agencies or international Organizations, is required.
Knowledge on both qualitative and quantitative research methods; study methodology, Tools for capturing knowledge and learnings, MEL tols and techniques, and application of computer software (MS Excel, SPSS, GIS, data visualization software) and monitoring devices is essential.
Excellent analysis and writing analytical quality report skill is crucial; knowledge and use of Mobile data collection and visualization tools especially, ODK, Kobo, Survey CTO and Power Bi is required.
Good communication skills and experience to work with partners and donors; pro-activeness, positive attitude and professional integrity is required as well.
