The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the Community Self Driven Projects (CSDP) in Uganda.
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the Community Self Driven Projects (CSDP) in Uganda.
The officer will design and implement monitoring and evaluation systems, collect and analyze data, prepare reports and provide feedback to the project team and stakeholders.
The officer will also support the learning and capacity building of the CSDP staff and partners.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, development studies or a related field, with at least three years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of community-based projects.
The candidate should also have excellent skills in data management, analysis and presentation, using various software tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata or R.
The candidate should be fluent in English and at least one local language, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate should be willing to travel frequently to the project sites and work under minimal supervision.
