Job Description
The role entails overseeing the stock database to ensure both financial and physical inventory match, managing replenishment planning to avoid over or under-stocking, and supporting material creation in SAP. The Material Analyst will work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to identify discrepancies and recommend optimization strategies for cost avoidance and material efficiency. This role also involves collaborating with technical administrators for data quality and assisting in inventory audits.

Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Ensure accurate physical stock replenishment and availability.
Maintain and update the stock database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Align financial and physical stock values.
Identify and implement stock optimization strategies.
Coordinate with Technical Administrators (TADMs) to ensure proper material data input and compliance with group standards.
Support SAP Material Master creation and management.
Plan for timely replenishment of stock items as per operational needs.
Conduct physical inventory checks and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
Regularly reduce dead stock through coordination with TADMs.
Assist with stock-related transactions in SAP and ensure material reintegration from drilling activities.
Provide support during inventory audits conducted by partners.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (relevant field)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years international experience in managing drilling and wells-related materials.
Strong understanding of drilling materials and field operations.
Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, and SAP systems.
Familiarity with material specifications, certifications, and verification processes.
Ability to coordinate across departments and analyze material usage and trends.
Proficiency in analytical thinking and interpersonal communication.
