University of Kisubi (UniK) is a private University owned by the Registered Trustees of the Uganda Brothers of Christian Instruction. Its forerunner, Kisubi Brothers University College (KBUC), was founded on 15 th August 2004 when the Brothers signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Uganda Martyrs University to establish Kisubi Brothers Centre of Uganda Martyrs University (KBUMU). On 27 th March 2009, the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) granted KBUMU a constituent college status and became Kisubi Brothers University College (KBUC), a Constituent College of Uganda Martyrs University. On the 29 th June 2015, NCHE granted an independent operational license to the university in its new name, university of Kisubi (UniK).

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the University's marketing strategies and campaigns.
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the University's marketing strategies and campaigns.
He/she will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the gools set by Management.
He/she must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge and skills of the relevant techniques and principles.
The ideal candidate will also be on excellent communicator, both verbally and written with excellent interpersonal skills.
The candidate will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the University add the highest value to its business.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill
BS/BA in marketing, business administration, Journalism, Mass Communication or relevant discipline from an institution recognised by the NCHE
Demonstrable experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing and Social Media is desirable.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (eg. CRM)
Experience of filming videos and use of editing software.
Key Personal Attributes and Competences
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Creativity and ability to think on one's feet at all times
Thoroughness and ability to pay attention to detail
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
