Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing plans, conducting in-depth market research, creating impactful marketing content, and supporting the sales team to meet business goals. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, and an understanding of industrial or manufacturing marketing. You will also be actively involved in brand promotion through trade shows, product launches, and stakeholder engagement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
Collaborate with sales teams to design customer-focused marketing campaigns.
Produce compelling marketing content including blog posts, articles, and case studies.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and product launch events.
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
Monitor and stay current with market trends and developments in the fiberglass and construction materials sectors.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM, social media, and email marketing software.
Knowledge of fiberglass products and industrial building materials is an added advantage.
