Job Description
The Manager Digital Lending and Savings Products will lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital lending and savings strategies. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, cross-functional collaboration, user experience optimization, and team leadership. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of digital lending platforms, market trends, and customer needs to deliver impactful digital financial solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all digital lending and savings operations
Implement effective risk management frameworks to address credit and operational risks
Drive superior customer experience across digital lending channels
Utilize customer feedback and analytics to improve digital lending and savings experiences
Collaborate with departments including IT, marketing, and risk to align initiatives
Foster innovation, teamwork, and learning within the digital team
Set and monitor KPIs to assess digital lending effectiveness, maintaining NPL and PAR within targets
Develop a comprehensive digital lending strategy aligned with bank goals
Identify and integrate emerging market trends and technologies into product offerings
Lead cross-functional teams to improve user interfaces and streamline applications
Provide training to staff on digital lending tools, practices, and compliance
Oversee business rule reviews, process improvements, and scorecard updates
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the department head or management

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum of 4 years banking experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital lending operations within financial services
Strong knowledge of digital lending technologies and industry best practices
Solid understanding of lending-related regulatory and compliance standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
