Job Description
Job Title: Manager - Corporate Accounts

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Acquisition of client base within the corporate segment by identifying new market and business opportunities and maintain the highest level of Customer services and Relationship.
Retention of client base by maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits with the ability to handle objections effectively and professionally, and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Ability to achieve on daily & monthly targets by visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with managers.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
CCNA certification.
Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Customer Service experience.
Influencing, negotiation and communication.
Good at analyzing data and presenting findings in a simplified way.
Self-motivated, multi-tasking individual with minimum supervision.
Respond cohesively, constructively, and sensitively always.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
Good driving skills & good command of English.
