To manage an allocated portfolio of business & commercial clients within Standard Bank Isle of Man (SBIOM), Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) segment and to seek new business opportunities through cross sales and other distribution initiatives, ensuring that clients receive a high standard of service while achieving the defined revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or partners to understand their needs, expectations, and goals.
Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring that services and products meet their needs and addressing any issues or concerns.
Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on delivering high-quality service and value.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively, working to prevent future problems.
Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients and contributing to business growth.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client relationships, such as satisfaction levels, retention rates, and revenue.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to address client needs.

Minimum 5 GCSE level or equivalent qualifications
Diploma in Banking / Finance / Accounting or related studies would be advantageous
Experience Required
3-4 years experience in financial services.
Understanding of offshore financial environment and experience in offshore product sales is desirable.
Experience in dealing with corporate clients in financial services, TCSP & e-Gaming desirable.
