Job Description
The role involves the coordination and implementation of transformative programs and projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT department. This includes driving operational performance, supporting budget efficiency, improving governance and compliance, and ensuring alignment with both business and group strategies. The incumbent will serve as a critical link between the IT function and other business units to ensure seamless collaboration and successful outcomes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support the CIO in executing the IT strategy and transformative programs.
Enhance governance and ensure regulatory compliance within IT operations.
Drive cost optimization strategies and support efficient budget utilization.
Improve service delivery and operational performance.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business and group functions.
Monitor progress on initiatives, provide reporting, and ensure timely execution.
Influence key stakeholders across multiple levels and disciplines.
Apply business acumen and project management skills to deliver desired outcomes.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems.
Experience:
3–4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of completing initiatives that meet business goals.
5–7 years of experience in stakeholder management and business collaboration, preferably within the financial services sector.
