As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all equipment, vehicles, and facilities, as well as managing a team of technicians and contractors.

You will also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other departments to optimize efficiency and performance.

To qualify for this role, you need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in maintenance management. You also need to have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
