Job Description
The Lifting Supervisors will be responsible for managing all lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. They will supervise crane operations, coordinate lifting teams, identify risks, and ensure all lifting tasks are conducted safely and efficiently. Successful candidates must have the required certifications, extensive experience in the Oil and Gas or heavy construction sectors, and strong HSE knowledge.

Supervise and coordinate lifting operations to ensure safety and compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures for lifting activities.
Verify that lifting equipment is certified and fit for use.
Ensure all lifting plans are followed according to regulations.
Communicate clearly with crane operators, riggers, and ground teams.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings related to lifting operations.
Maintain detailed records of lifting operations and report incidents promptly.
Promote a strong safety culture at the worksite.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Valid Lifting Certification.
Valid Driving License (Class B and Class C/E).
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Oil & Gas or heavy construction industries.
Completed Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training.
Must be at least 30 years old.
Physically fit and capable of supervising demanding operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of lifting safety standards and best practices.
